Good news, it’s time for my favorite weekly workout: watching Sofia Vergara walk into her gym wearing skintight leggings. And if you don’t believe me that that’s good exercise, you’re just not doing it right. Because sure, it’s great for my forearms and wrists, but it’s also good for my back and my core, from bending to get my face closer to the computer screen. Really, it’s a full-body workout. And I just wish I could do it 3 times a week. It’s the most exercise I get all day.
