Here's Gossip Girl Leighton Meester in her clown make up at the American Eagle Outfitters flagship store preview party in New York last night. I'm not exactly sure how you preview a store, look in the windows I guess, but it seems like a lot of B-list celebrities showed up so it counts. I'm confused by the name American Eagle Outfitters, do they make little outfits for eagles? Anyhow, it's not important, what matters is that Leighton showed up in a short leather dress with her boob practically falling out of her little top.
