It’s only been a little over a month since Hayden Panettiere‘s 18th birthday, but she’s already joined the likes of Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton in the upskirt club. Sure, she has her panties on, but it’s only a matter of time until she conveniently “forgets.” Regardless, I’m so proud of little Hayden, she’s finally all grown up.
