Here’s Rachel Bilson at the Chanel New Concept Boutique Store Opening looking super cute once again. She was going through a bit of an ugly phase lately and I wasn’t digging it at all. Anyway, glad the bangs are grown out and she’s working that tiny little body of hers. Let’s hope it continues.
