Yeah, yeah, I know, Miley Cyrus kind of looks like she’s already dressed up for Halloween with this outfit and the hair. But for some reason, I’m still digging it. Maybe it’s because I’m starting to get used to the hair. Or because there’s no disguising Miley’s sweater mounds. Yeah, probably that last one.
