Man, I’m seriously disappointed in Rihanna here. When I heard she was at a Halloween party, I was hoping for an epically sexy costume, not for her to just stick a tiara on her head and call it a night. She’s dressed sluttier on your typical Wednesday. It’s like Rihanna doesn’t even understand the true meaning of Halloween.
