Everyone’s favorite little person and one of our Top Ten Babes of 2012 Hayden Panettiere continued to show why she deserved a spot on the list by dropping some of her new and improved cleavage at the Golden Globes last night. I didn’t really watch the telecast, so I don’t know how it played out — did Hayden win for Best New Funbags? If not, I’m demanding a recount. And I want to personally oversee the results.
